HI! I made this website because I could never find something that gave me what I needed. This website is about as you guessed it TRACK! The website gives you a little tod bit of the track choices. The website will also give some information on the field options. The placement page will give you picures and step by step guide on where your arms and legs should go. I started sprinting in sixth grade. I only did it because my friends and my mom suggested it. After the first day I loved it. I also love to read. It transports me into a different world.
